I have just been placed on a gluten free diet due to health reasons but not for celiac disease or anything like that. My doctor actually thinks that it will help me to have less migraine headaches. Has anyone ever heard of this or had any success with this. Where can I go for more info on a gluten free diet? Thanks!

Migraines can be related to non-celiac gluten intolerance as well as celiac disease. I used to get awful headaches every single day until I went gluten-free. I never got a diagnosis, so I’m not sure if they were migraines, but I had the whole light and sound sensitivity with some visual auras sometimes. So I’m guessing if it wasn’t migraines it was similar.
