So currently you’re just eating healthy and running…So why do you need diet pills ? I think you’re on the right path to a healthier person.
But, if you think diet pills could help you to lose weight, first I would discuss this with your doctor and have a prescription for a pill.
If you prefer herbal products, there are tons of them on the internet.
Now, are they damaging to your health ? Well,
first are you allergic to certain components used in the pills ?
2. almost all drugs have side effects, in short or long term.
3. now in the future : diet pills should only be used for quick weight loss and short term weight loss goals. Only an healthier lifestyle coupled with exercise should keep you away from unwanted fat. Future is not an option when you take diet pills
Diet pills are advertised on TV at any hour. They may all boast doing something different to your body, but they all market the same angle: “lose weight fast.” Some pills claim to boost your fat-burning capabilities. Others will speed up your natural metabolism. And yet even more pills can claim to stop your hunger urges, causing you to eat less. But even if all of these statements were true and the pills worked exactly as they are advertised, you could still damage your overall health by taking those diet pills.
Pills that do this usually contain some sort of stimulant. One type of stimulant, ephedrine, was known to have horrible side effects that could cause people with sensitive hearts to suffer from heart attacks. In fact, the makers of the fat-burning pill Fen Phen were sued and eventually asked by the FDA to pull their products because the chemicals included in their pills caused some people to develop malfunctioning heart valves.
Pills that “stop” your hunger assume that the extra weight you have is due to overeating. But what if the weight you want to lose didn’t come from overeating but from a lack of exercise? The two are not mutually exclusive. You could eat 2,000 calories of purely healthy food, but without exercise, your weight loss will eventually hit a plateau. By taking hunger-abating pills, you could end up stopping yourself from getting the nutrients that you need.
i there..
i just try to help you..
i think it’s depend on the diet pills because when it contains a unnatural material, it can gives a bad effect to your body. It’s better to take a free trial pill,
so that you can try it first. if you think that the pill is helpful you can buy it.
but when you think that it is useless you can just throw it.
if you wanna try, i really recommend “caralluma burn” (see the source)
