I started following Dr. D’adamo 6 years ago…I was 152 lbs heavier than I am now..I went from a size 26 to a size 4. I have kept it off for all this time and can’t even begin to tell you the health benefits.. I was one sick girl before.
My entire family also went on it..my husband had serious migraines and has not had one in 5 years
You can argue with results.. there are many people who call it a fad diet, etc.. well that is farther from the truth.. Dr. D’adamo is in his 40′s and actually his father started…so it has longevity…it truly is a lifestyle..NOT a diet. it wasn’t designed for weight loss but health. The weight loss is just a fringe benefit of being healthy!
Yes I have been on it for 3 years..Like you when I stick to it I feel better.
It’s bogus
What is blood type diet proposed by Dr Kelly and others, is ayurveda’s “prakruti” based diet. I suggest you go to site
ayurveda-foryou.com
and investigate your prackruti. Then according to “prakruti” adopt the diet recommendations fromhttp://www.healthy.net/scr/article.asp?i…
