    Lots of oily fish for memory and anything with omega 3 in it.

    Let’s include women, too, Sebastian. I start out the day with several cups of coffee and have a tendency to follow up with Diet drinks in the afternoon. To improve my memory and general health, I should eat more fruit, especially citrus, more greens, more vegetables. It never hurts to take a vitamin or a food supplement, include the fish for a main course, and take a walk every day that is above 20 and below 90.
    However, having healthy ancestors that lived until they were 100 does help, or so I hear. I also think that staying active and challenging your intellect occasionally helps the memory.
    My son says that I can remember every scrape he got into from the time he was born, but cannot remember what I did yesterday.
