I’m very concerned about the health of my brother. High cholesterol is common in my family. But I have no idea how to change his eating habits. I was never really aware of how important eating habits and controlling your cholesterol was. But when your 4 year old brother is more than 110 points over his normal cholesterol, it’s time to get worried! If you know anything about health and/or cholesterol, PLEASE help and post your ideas.

But what I CAN TELL YOU is read the nutrution facts on everything that you buy, if it has cholosterol in it don’t but it.
Try buying healthy, fresh foods.
Lay off all the junk with tans of trans fat, saturated fat and cholosterol – especially eggs and lots of types of meats – they have a lot of cholosterol!
Just watch everything you buy and make sure your controlling what goes in an dout of his mouth!

your brother should start eating healthy and excercising more to lower his cholesteroal..it’s good to run and do active things.
