I have almost completely stopped eating sugar and dairy products because I am constantly nauseous due to health problems and they generally make me feel worse. However, I’ve been feeling even worse lately and have been having trouble eating at all without dry heaving. Do you think the lack of some nutrients might have something to do with it, or just health stuff that I can’t really do anything about?

Hi. I have been changing my diet for long time and been experimenting.
Stoping useing sugar as like in products that contain sugar is just good.
Dairy products are also good to stop eating. But the main object Is: Do you eat alot of fruit and vegetables such as spinach?
Eating alot of green’s and fruit is a good thing with some meat or fish. I found that everything else isnt that important.
Also If you are thinking about Calcium You get it the best way from Greens like Spinach or green kale and also Orange’s are full of natural Calium. You dont have to drink milk.
All of the vitamins you need are in fruits of veggies and thats just that simple. Why, you may ask, Answer: When life first started we only had fruits and veggies and if you talk to people who have studied nutrion for decades they will tell you the same. Fruit and veggies are all you need for vitamin and iron based materials Although Fish or meat is importand for Vitamin D!
So It depends how are you feeling ?
Joe.
Eva, I know sugary sweets are bad for your teeth and weight, but you should be able to ingest naturally occuring sugars easily (fruits primarily). If you don’t eat dairy products, then you at least need a supplement to make up for what you’re losing. Hope you feel better. I saw a commercial the other day that stated “87% of Americans have a digestive problem”, which to me is easily believable. I would try papaya enzyme to promote healthy digestion. It’s cheap, it does help me, and tastes pretty good.
