Snoring Cure And Cause

Stop SnoringIt’s not just the irritation of the snoring sound or how draining it is to stay awake all night long listening to a partner snore (it?s the most common form of Insomnia). The worst part is risking your or your partners life by being tired all day long.

If you drive a car or cross a street, for example, you?ve to have full attention and energy.

It?s also life threatening because your whole emotional and physical balance will suffer. Nerves breakdown, stroke, and heart-attack are only three examples.

But most likely you are aware of this and have tried several things to cure the snoring, with very limited success.

So Let’s Look at What Causes This Horrible Condition in Your Life

Snoring is always caused by some kind of blockage in the breathing passage.

When the breathing passage is blocked, the airflow (breathing) becomes irregular, not smoothly flowing like it should be.

This irregular airflow slams the soft tissues in your breathing passages around like a door in a wind. Your throat and mouth become like speakers, powered by powerful quantifier and your partner can?t sleep.

The noise really gets loud when the soft palate (soft part at the back of the upper part of the mouth) begins to flap around. This most often happens when the soft palate is weak (not too big like most people claim).

The trouble with curing snoring is that there are so many types of things that can block the breathing passage. Most people also have more than one type of block making things even worse.

Few Examples of what may be causing you to snore?

1) If your throat is weak, it will close like a squeezed plastic bottle. This is believed to be the no1 cause of sleep apnea. The throat may be weak and close down when sleeping. This is the most common cause of sleep apnea, very serious condition where snoring is just a one sign.

2) Weak tongue also falls into the throat and block it. This is very common if you sleep on your back but can also happen when sleeping on your site.

3) I mentioned the soft palate before. If it is weak, then it will flap around more easily and make the snoring sound. Notice that most of the time, the soft palate is not too big. It?s too weak.

4)The Soft palate may be too weak and not firm enough and will lay too close to the tongue, making it very easy to flap around and make the irritating snoring sounds.

5) Any muscles tension around the breathing passage, like in the shoulders and neck, may press on the throat and narrow it.

6) Finally, anything that builds up in your throat will work as a dam for your breathing passage. The most common dams are fat or cigarette tags in the throat or allergy in the nasals.

But the big question is; how can we get rid of these blocks?

I guess when you look at it, it?s just a common sense. I?ve found that you can train this part of your body like any other part. Working out the breathing passages.

I?m not talking about heavy work out. The breathing passage and the area around it is very fragile, so you have to use light, non straining exercises. It takes a little bit of time but not much effort.

This is very fragile area so the exercises are fine tuned and do not demand much effort, only commitment for few weeks.

What you will do is strengthening the whole breathing passage and the area around it.

Touch your voice box with your left hand (the big chunk on the front of your throat). Now also touch your forehead with your right hand. From your left hand to your right is the area you?re going to be training and removing any block from. Strengthening your tongue prevents it from falling into your throat.

Loosing up your Jaw muscles stops it from pressing on the breathing passage. You?ll be amazed how much more easy your breathing will be after you train your jaw muscles.

The throat exercises open up the throat, preventing it from closing when you sleep. They?ll also strengthen and lift up your soft palate, so it won?t flap any more.

The neck and shoulder exercises do the last trick. They remove tension from your neck and shoulders. Tension there leads to tension in all muscles around your head and throat. So it?s very good to loosen these muscles up.

This is only small example how you can exercise your breathing passage.

It?s about working smart not hard.

For even quicker and better results, commit to 7-12 minutes a day and see what happens. The results are permanent, so once you?re cured, you never have to do this again.

I recommend committing to 7-12 minutes a day for quick, permanent results. After you cure your self, you never have to do the exercises again.
