basically you dont need things like multivitamins and protein shakes. go for the real deal! get fresh vegetables and fruits into that body of yours because it so woukd prefer it. and for protein eggs are great and fish is one of the healthiest foods to eat. limit your consumption of white carbs like white breads and rices and pastas etc as these contain many additives and are highly processed and your mouth may like them but your body doesnt. try rye bread, brown rices, plenty of water, tofu, and just anything that doesnt come in a package haha. enjoy healthy eatingggg =)
