What % Of These Anti-healthcare Reform Posts Are Paid Propaganda From The Healthcare Industry?

I heard they are paying a small army of people to flood the internet with lies and scare tactics. We already have “socialized” healthcare..poor people show up at the hospital and by law, get treated. Obama is just trying to organize it so they get preventative care and don’t let minor health problems turn into major health problems. Remember, the healthcare industry doesn’t profit if you are in good health, only if you are sick.

    Zero.
Exactly who did you “hear” this from?
BTW – you need to take a close look at the economics of health insurance. A health insurance provider loses money every time you get sick. This is why the health insurance companies all are big into ‘wellness’ programs.
In fact the medical providers are all for government paid health insurance because the feel that this will increase the amount of business they get (more patients).

Please stop saying Move to Canada for Health Care, Geez it only works when you pay your taxes here to keep the hospitals and clinics and care facilities and MRI’s and CAT scans and after-hours clinics and ambulances and VA hospitals and in-house care givers and unlimited access to all forms of cancer care, addiction care infant care and transplants for hearts, livers, lungs, hip replacements, therapy and preventative medicine with no limit to pre-existing conditions open.
We don’t need a bunch of “Don’t tax me, I’m an American” freeloaders jammin’ up the hallways.
Go broke paying your own doctors, keep Canada’s great universal and cheap Health care a secret!
Canadians live an average of seven years longer than Americans, must be the water.
Canadian Health Care is 1/3 the cost (averaged out ) of American Health Care
America has the worlds most expensive health care? Why is that?
See Bill Maher on youtube why America isn’t number one. Its an eye opener.
    Cheers!
One of those delusional socialist-commie Canadians (you wouldn’t like living here anyway, the winters are too long. Now go away)

2 out of 3 Americans want Healthcare reform, so while there is still 30% of the population that wants things as they are, the bulk of Americans want healthcare reform, so I’d have to say it’s propaganda from the healthcare industry, just like in the 90s when they put out propaganda saying government healthcare would choose your doctors, then they went to HMOs choosing your doctors for you.

And where are you getting the money for this? We already have nearly a 1.8 trillion a year budget deficit. The reduced quality of care and red tape aside.. a government system will cost us another 2+ trillion a year.
In our current budget we borrow 50% of everything we spend.. to cover a universal health care system we’d be borrowing 75% of everything we spend.
Or.. you can watch your taxes go up something like $15,000/yr
