Aspartame is a neurotoxin and it is carcenogenic. Drink pure clear unadulterated well water for your health. You should learn to avoid all sugars and sweeteners, they are not necessary and you can learn to enjoy foods without additives or excess processing.

Diet soda is considerably better for you than regular soda.
